As part of our employee wellbeing programs, we offer personalised coaching and therapy for team members who need extra support — whether it’s to prevent burnout, improve recovery, or manage ongoing health issues. Our expert coaches help individuals improve key lifestyle areas: sleep, nutrition, physical activity, work habits, and social connection. Each session is grounded in behavioural science and adapted to real-life work pressure. For more complex or chronic complaints, we offer 1:1 holistic health therapy based on clinical psychoneuroimmunology (kPNI). This approach goes beyond symptoms and explores the deeper interaction between body, mind, environment, and history. Using our 5+2+1 metamodel and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, we identify root causes and provide actionable solutions — so your people can regain energy, focus, and professional fulfilment.
